By using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide Hypnotherapy services intended to support your personal growth and well-being. Hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy and is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychological services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. For clients under 18, Hypnotherapy services can only be provided with explicit permission from a parent or someone with parental responsibility. For clients under 18, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required before any Hypnotherapy sessions can commence.
4. Appointments
Appointments can be booked via the enquiry form on our website or by contacting us directly. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not disclose any information without your explicit consent, except when required by law.
6. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of Hypnotherapy sessions, individual results may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site. Your continued use of our Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Payment Terms

We will accept the following methods of payment;

2. Payment Schedule
When booking an initial consultation, a deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking. This can be paid via a link that will be sent directly to your mobile number or email, or by bank transfer. The remainder is to be paid at the session. For subsequent sessions, payment can be made prior to, or on the day of the session. Payment for multiple session packages is due in full at the time of booking
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your sessions.
Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund, unless you are cancelling an initial consultation, in which case you are eligible for any payment made minus the deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Refunds for packages will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions used, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.
No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refunds.
